About Jason
Built Custom Homes owner and licensed contractor Jason Johnson was born and raised in Golden Valley, Minnesota. After graduating high school and attending trade school, Jason worked for over a decade with highly experienced tradesmen in both residential and commercial construction companies.
During that time, Jason married the love of his life in 2009 and has four kids. After a decade of honing his skills, Jason decided to start Built Custom Homes in 2013 and enjoys spending time connecting with clients to meet their needs and lifestyle. During design consultations, Jason employs a hands-on approach and offers recommendations to clients based on his experience to create more functional spaces without compromising affordability or design.
